Heartland Corn Expansion
Project consisted of installation and fabrication of all high pressure
steam and condensate piping for expansion of ethanol plant from
50MMGY a year to 100MMGY.
Installed two 1800HP package boilers in new utility building and
decommissioned existing package boilers. Relocated smaller
boilers to a new utility building and connected them in series with
new boilers to a common header. Connected facilities with a 14" high pressure steam line and a 4" condensation line, with their
associated expansion loops. |
