Joel Pumper started Mechanical Systems Inc in September 2001, and the company remains family-owned and operated. Joel's values of honesty and ethical conduct continue to inform the way Mechanical Systems Inc does business. We work directly with your company to make sure your objectives are our objectives, and we provide you with up-front cost estimates, turnaround/shutdown schedules, and detailed planning. Throughout the duration of the project we remain in contact with your company so that your goals are achieved on-budget and on-time.
With this attention to customer care and job satisfaction, in just six years Joel has grown Mechanical Systems Inc from a work-from-home, two-man operation into a company that employs 65 people with a new home office and fabrication facility in Dundas, MN, and a new branch office being built in Sun Prairie, WI. Despite the enormous growth, Joel's original mission for Mechanical Systems Inc remains the same: to provide quality workmanship to your specifications.
