Projects consist of various capital piping, millwright, and boilermaker projects.

S.P.P. Platform installation project
Installed multiple platforms throughout entire plant, material was made of hot dipped galvanized steel. Prefabricated material was built per marathon structure steel spec. However, each platform was retro fitted and modified in place, or in correction
to engineered drawings per Marathon structure steel spec. Duration of work was approximately 3 months.

S.P.P. Swing gate installation project
New policy required new design of all safety gates in the operating units. 1st phase of work consisted of 240 gates to be installed throughout entire plant. Majority of gates installed
needed mounting hardware modification in which galvanized steel jigs were fabricated to allow proper working service of gates. Job was scheduled for 2 months worth and was done early in which phase 2 was initiated in advance until the end of the fiscal year.

Asphalt air manifold project
Fabricated and installed Carbon air line @ approximately 650 feet of pipe. Branched pipe at 7 locations to custom made air movers designed to push H2S out of operators working area while loading rail cars.

Nitrogen and relief piping
Fabricated and installed new nitrogen piping to existing vessel. Fabricated and installed relief piping to new relief valve on existing vessel.

#3 SRU Shutdown
Associated vessel piping needed to be fabricated and installed during shutdown for
re-rate of piping and relief valves.

Category 3 Inspection Recommendations.
Multiple recommendations including threaded piping to welded piping, piping support
deficiencies were observed throughout the plant and repaired by our group.
